Limit thresholds types

Evaluation Scheme		Usage
HIGH-RED		Criticality in the upper value range. Typically used for wind speed, thunderstorm prob. and icing potential.
HIGH-GREEN		Criticality in the lower value range. Typically used for visibility and the lifted index.
MIDDLE-RED		Criticality in the middle value range. E,g, avoiding low spread.
MIDDLE-GREEN		Criticality at the boundaries of the value range. Typically used for temperature.
